If a timeshare owner is interested in selling or renting their property, the only effective way to do so is by placing potential buyers in the resort. Potential buyers will tour the resort, already knowing they are able to purchase a vacation ownership at a discounted rate. Timeshares can't be marketed successfully in the same manner as traditional real estate; they require a specialist in the field. That is what Timeshare Property Management is about.
